Atlanta
Premiere: September 6th
Creator:Donald Glover
Starring: Donald Glover, Brian Tyree Henry, Keith Stanfield Bret. E. Benson, Carra Greer
Described as “Twin Peaks but with rappers” (which immediately sold me on this) this FX original series is a refreshing change of pace from remakes and adaptations. About Earn Marks (Donald Glover) a music manager who sets out to try and get his cousin’s rap career off the ground.
Hailed as a comedy like nothing we have on TV at this moment that manages to capture a full range of well-written characters and drama with levity and genius.

Creator: Dan Fogelman
Starring: Milo Ventimiglia, Mandy Moore, Justin Hartley, Chrissy Metz, Sterling K. Brown
This NBC series looks set to be a weekly weepy with an ensemble of characters tied together by their shared birthday. A dramedy about life and getting through it with love, life and family. A married couple are expecting triplets, a man reconnects with his bio-father and a TV star grows bored with his empty life.
Not much is known about the all encompassing story at the moment but expect heart warming/breaking pieces every week

This sports drama looks set to follow in the foot of cross over hits like Friday Night Lights

Premiering of HBO this recreation of Michael Crichton’s (Jurassic Park) classic sci-fi Western, high paying guests are able to recreate their cowboy fantasies in a Wild-West dream world populated by robots.
But when things start going disastrously wrong the AI populated future world turns into anything but a vacation.
Hailed as HBO’s next Game of Thrones Westworld has a lot to live up but with such a strong cast and less source material to live up too Westworld could go the distant
