After Jurassic World solidified Chris Pratt as a bonified action star and rekindled our childhood love of dinosaurs we were ready for the return of the much loved movies. Although the reboot (sequel?) of the much loved 90s movie was not without criticism as in place of the moral and dramatic moments in favour of larger scale fight scenes.
Colin Treverrow who directed the first Jurassic World talked to Jurassic Outpost,
“It will be more suspenseful and scary,” Trevorrow said. “It’s just the way it’s designed; it’s the way the story plays out. I knew I wanted Bayona to direct it long before anyone ever heard that was a possibility, so the whole thing was just built around his skill set.”
J.A. Bayona is at the helm of the next Jurassic World movie is known for his terrifying movies like the 2007 The Orphanage. Production is due to start in 2017 and both Chriss Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard are returning and we’re all secretly hoping that Jeff Goldblum will make an appearance in this one.
